Do not worry too much if your sister is innocent. Tell your family and sisters also. Keep faith. Investigation will be honest. Nothing will impact (including GC) if your sister is innocent.

I thought AP must ONLY be used for emergency travel purposes, not for vacations, brother's marriage etc. Some IV members shared their experiences at the POE, the IO may ask why you left US, what was the emergency? Please correct me if I am wrong. Can AP be used for casual travel also? Thanks.

I think that is the humanitarian parole......but there have been over aggressive officers at the POE who mix up the two......
My suggestion to you is use your H1B(if possible) or take an infopass and get an expedited AP.

My lawyer filed the I-485, EAD and AP package for me and my wife. She put a G-28 notice for each application (with our and her signatures). She missed signing the AP G-28 for my wife. I asked her about this. She said it should be fine. They would not consider her notice of representation for this particular case, and would mail the AP approval directly at our home address.
I hope we are fine and our application doesn't get rejected since we had one check for all the applications.

USCIS can pre-adjudicate a case, even when visa numbers are not available. This means that USCIS processes all the application, but just waits for a visa number to finalize it.
Pre-adjudication. That would be really good. According to latest processing times, NSC shows July 30th 2007 for 485. So does that mean that cases before that are either adjudicated/pre-adjudicated or atleast there is an RFE?
Is there any one who confirmed that their case is pre-adjudicated @ NSC. ?

I don't think you are correct. Portability applies after 6 months of I140 approval. But you can not use AC21 for job profile / labor zone change. So, I don't recommend you changing job title.

if i am not mistaken.. you can claim rental expenses as deductions if u are on ur first year of H1(only the 1st year)...also since u moved from chi to cin.. you can also claim..job related relocation expense..blah blah..do if u do itemized decuations..u shoudl be able to get truckload of money..... so seek a desi tax guy..

Yes that's my understanding too... if the application reaches the AINP office before April 15 then it will be considered under the current occupation list.....

I don't think constitution allows suing Congress because it has immunity. Based on the their approval ratings you would see thousands of lawsuits everyday if it was allows to sue congress.

can i get a h1 done from a desi employer just to protect the h4 status and join the other company thats offering me a job with my ead.

I think you can just let Buffalo processing center about your spouse details. you might have to fillup some forms. My advice is to add your spouse before approval. I think after approval, you have to apply for canadian PR for your wife separately as a "family" class and for that I think you need to stay in canada to show a canadian adress (I am not sure though). I have one friend who is a canadian citizen did the same think for his wife. It took only 6 months from buffalo center...

well i got marriage ceremony , not civil yet...because i didn't know since he have this problem in court. and he says that they would let him out once he's in jail.. the chance of he goes to jail is 50 50... if goes he will get about 18 months. will still can do my papers?
